After completing her Master's degree in Business Administration at the University of Witten/Herdecke, Caroline Lange completed a trainee program at the Düsseldorf Trade Fair in the area of project management. Next, she worked in the internal consulting department of one of the leading international auditing firms, EY, before dedicating herself to the area of client experience. Currently, Caroline Lange works in portfolio management at Societas Vermögensverwaltung. Caroline Lange is a certified foundation manager. In addition, she has been actively involved in social causes for several years as a board member of Christkindlmarkt MG e. V.

After completing her Bachelor's degree in Digital Media Production at the Macromedia University for Media and Communication in Cologne, Georgina Schrötgens obtained a second degree in Media and Communication Management at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Munich. After her studies, she joined Cellavent Healthcare GmbH as a product manager, where she later headed the brand management department.
